Let us assume that we now have a building approval from Local Government.

Let us also assume that the client has placed your order with Pool Developments.

Pre start meeting

The next step is a pre start site meeting with the client to confirm the design and contract items and make sure that they are ready to begin the pool.

In my case I arrange the entire construction works and coordinate the tradesmen.

The client only needs to contact me direct and my number is available at any time.

Clients require easy direct contact with the builder

One of the biggest complaints within the industry is that after signing up with a commission salesman, who they will never see again, the client is left to deal with a procession of sub-contractors who have not been involved in any planning meetings.

Communication with builder by phone or email

Communication is the key to a peaceful hassle free construction project.

My clients continually comment on how easy the project works flow because of hands on close supervision by me.

Material delivery

Building materials will start to arrive at your home such as long timber pieces, corrugated iron sheets, steel bars, wire, pipes and boxes of plumbing fittings.

In some cases a bulk rubbish bin will arrive to help keep your site clean.

A clean site shows good manners and is very important to our building reputation.

From here on a continual flow of materials including waterline tiles, paving bricks that will be delivered as required.

As an old fashioned courtesy, most of my clients also provide tea, coffee and biscuits and an occasional beer for the team.

You would be amazed at the difference that makes to most tradesmen’s attitude to clients.
